Service status
What we monitor, how often, and what has gone wrong.
This check runs in your browser and reflects what your connection can reach. It is not a measurement of our uptime.
How we monitor
- An independent third-party monitor checks the service every 5 minutes, from outside our own infrastructure.
- Automated health checks run against the live service every day.
- Every release is gated by a smoke test that runs against the live site after deployment.
Independent verification
Reliability you can only confirm by asking us is not something you can verify. Where a third-party record is published, it is linked here.
Incident history
A status indicator in our site footer was captured in a failed state by our build-time page renderer and published inside the static HTML of every page, where it appeared to visitors and crawlers as a service outage. No service interruption occurred. The indicator was removed from all public pages the same day, and the build now refuses to publish any page rendered in an error state.
